They cheated. Now you're questioning your relationship, your trust, and your future. You don't have to know yet whether you want to stay.

They Cheated. Now  You're the One Who Can't  Sleep.

YOU CAN'T UNKNOW WHAT YOU KNOW.
You replay the messages, dissect the timeline, and wonder how long you were the only person who didn't know the truth. You're exhausted, but your brain won't let you rest.

YOU MISS THE MAN YOU THOUGHT YOU MARRIED.
You might still love them, but you don't know if you can trust them. You're grieving the relationship you thought you had while trying to figure out whether there's anything left to save.

NOW YOU'RE QUESTIONING YOURSELF, TOO.
You wonder whether you weren't attractive enough, exciting enough, or enough of something to make them stay faithful. Somehow, their choices have left you questioning your own worth.

EVERYONE HAS ADVICE. YOU'RE THE ONE WHO HAS TO LIVE WITH THE DECISION.
Your friends may want you to leave; your family may want you to stay. Meanwhile, you're trying to figure out whether you can even consider rebuilding trust. The biggest question that tortures you is - what happens if I make the wrong choice?

When you're ready - you need the right support. I can help you stay in contact with all your emotions. Once we sift through what you know I can help you decide what you'd like to do next.

You Get to Feel Like Yourself Again

Imagine not having to spend every waking moment inside your own head, questioning your feelings or trying to make sense of a life that suddenly feels unfamiliar. Imagine being able to look honestly at your desires, your unhappiness, and the parts of yourself you've kept tucked away, without immediately drowning in guilt or telling yourself you shouldn't feel this way. Therapy can help you understand yourself in ways that open up possibilities you may not even be able to see right now.

Our work is about more than making sense of what's happening in your relationship. It's about understanding what you need, what makes you feel alive, what you've been missing, and what you may have lost touch with along the way. You can begin to trust yourself again, make room for feelings that contradict each other, and discover that you can face the truth about yourself without falling apart. You don't have to keep pushing uncomfortable feelings away or letting them take over your life.

You get to become a woman who can face herself honestly, understand what she wants, and feel grounded in who she is, even when life gets complicated. Whether this experience ultimately brings you closer to your partner or reveals something you've needed to acknowledge for a long time, you can emerge with a deeper understanding of yourself, a stronger sense of what's important to you, and the freedom to live with greater honesty and intention. You are allowed to be a whole person here, with all the messy, conflicting, deeply human feelings that come with being one.

You're Carrying So Much Pain. You Don't Have to Carry It Alone.

Frequently Asked Questions About Therapy for Women Healing After Infidelity in MA, CT, WA, & FL

What if I just found out and feel completely overwhelmed right now?

Then you're right where you need to be. Most women come to be just after they've found out and their world is spinning. You don't have to make coherent sense, you don't even have to produce full sentences. This is a time for grief. You will not get platitudes of advice from me. You will feel my support and validation. If you've never experienced an hour, tenderly devoted to you and all that you're feeling, you'll feel the proverbial "held" feeling.

I’m angry all the time, or scared, or crying and can't stop (or totally numb). Is that normal?

You are in pain. Labels are not helpful at this time. What will matter most is tuning in to your experience. That is how we heal.

Infidelity hits your nervous system hard. Everything is exhausting and intense. You don't have to push it down or figure it out alone.

How do I stop obsessing over my partner's affair and replaying what happened?
This might sound crazy so bear with me - but in reality you can't "push" it away - you have to sort of lean into it. You have to allow your nervous system to feel the fear, the obsession, the replaying images and then remind yourself you are safe. You have choices. You have agency. Therapy can help you remind yourself so your nervous system can return to baseline.

Can I heal from betrayal trauma if my partner is still in my life?
Yes. You don't necessarily have to leave your relationship to begin healing. If your partner is still in your life, therapy can help you understand what you need to feel emotionally safe, establish boundaries, and decide whether rebuilding trust is possible. You can work toward healing even while you're still uncertain about the future of your relationship.

How can therapy help me decide whether to stay with my partner after infidelity?
Yes. And it can help you build - from your end - a more connected and balanced relationship.

Do you work with women only?

I work with adults of all genders navigating divorce, but many women specifically seek me out because they want a therapist who is grounded, direct, warm, and not afraid to talk about the emotional and practical realities of this transition. I’m also a highly trained couples therapist, and I saw a need for this service in my work.
